Who else sees it

  • LATITUDE Studio, our production partner, receives the details of an enquiry when it is needed to plan and price the work.
  • Our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus) runs this page on servers in the EU and delivers what you send through the form to our inbox by email, as a data processor under its data processing agreement. The form is not stored on the server.
  • Our email provider stores the emails we exchange with you, as a data processor.
  • If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, book a call through our scheduling tool, or open our Instagram, those services process your data under their own privacy policies. This page does not load them until you click.
  • Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time, with effect from then on, through the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. We reply within one month.

If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (opens in a new tab), or to the supervisory authority where you live in the EU/EEA. We would appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.

Cookies and storage

This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this site, so no data goes to third parties just by visiting.

The page picks a light or dark theme from your device's clock (light by day, dark in the evening). If you use the theme switch, your choice is kept in your browser's session storage (unl-theme) for the rest of the visit and deleted when you close the tab. It stays on your device and is strictly necessary for the function you asked for, so the Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven § 3-15) does not require consent for it.

If we ever add cookies or tools that need consent, we will ask for it first, with an equally easy way to decline, and update this page.

Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Unique Norway [registered company name, e.g. "… AS"] together with LATITUDE Studio. By using the site you accept them.

Information on the site

The site describes our services in general terms. Packages and prices are given on request, and nothing on the site is a binding offer. Any work is agreed in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over the site.

Photos, video and text

All photos, video, text and graphics on the site are protected by copyright under the Norwegian Copyright Act (åndsverkloven) and belong to LATITUDE Studio, Unique Norway or the clients shown. You may not copy, publish or use them commercially without written permission. Client names and logos are shown with the permission of their owners and remain their property.

Links to other sites

We link to services such as Instagram, WhatsApp and our scheduling tool. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms apply.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or always online. To the extent Norwegian law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Norwegian law applies. Disputes go to Nord-Troms og Senja District Court (tingrett), unless mandatory rules give you the right to another venue.
